Each season tends to expose a different maintenance list. A seasonal visit can combine cleanup, basic checks and smaller repairs so you can address problems before they grow.

I can also do a practical walk-around of the home and property to point out visible maintenance items that may deserve attention. This is a maintenance checkup—not a licensed real-estate home inspection.

Mechanical HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repairs that require specialty licensing are outside a basic property-maintenance visit and may need the appropriate licensed trade.
